Speaking with ANSA Politics (opens in new tab), Senator Maria Laura Mantovani filed a police report about the incident, hoping that law enforcement could find and punish the perpetrator. While ASNA kept things polite, describing the footage as “an anime-style video showing a stylized couple having sex,” Twitter user @FrancescoDonald (opens in new tab) was quick to point out that it was a “Tifa Lockhart hentai video,” and even included a link to footage of the incident....

Information comes from a small Twitter account, Gaming-Interactive-Photos (opens in new tab). The account’s proprietor noticed a new option while attempting to upload screenshots on PS5 and shared their findings with the rest of social media. “Automatically upload your latest screenshots and video clips, and view them on the PlayStation app,” the notification advertises. “They’ll be available on your PlayStation app for 14 days after you create them.” It also gives the option for players to enable auto-uploads; if they don’t, they can change the setting from the Captures and Broadcasts menu later....

From Scratch, which debuted Oct. 21, is a bit of a surprise as the Netflix No. 1 show. App permissions on Play Store listed the permissions that an app used. These permissions were listed by Google in contrast to Data Safety labels, which were listed by individual app makers. They simply detailed how apps could potentially gather your personal information. The removal of app permissions from Play Store listings meant users weren’t getting a complete picture of apps and what they could access. There wasn’t any way to compare the information coming from Google with that supplied by the app developers....

Leaker Jon Prosser (opens in new tab) recently tweeted that Google will be teasing the Pixel Watch at the Google I/O event in May, but that the new smartwatch won’t actually launch until October.
